Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shore Lawn programs are designed as full-season lawn care plans delivered over multiple scheduled applications.

Once Service Begins

• Services already performed are non-refundable.

• Labor, materials, and scheduling costs are incurred at the time of each application.

Cancellation

• You may cancel service at any time.

• If service is canceled mid-season, you are responsible for applications already completed.

• Any remaining applications will be canceled and not billed.

Billing

• Programs are billed annually or monthly for convenience.

• Billing reflects scheduled applications, not guaranteed results.

Lawn Results & Weather

• Lawn response depends on weather, irrigation, soil conditions, and turf health.

• While we apply products professionally and at proper rates, results cannot be guaranteed.

• Weather delays, seasonal variation, or visible weeds between applications do not qualify for refunds.

Access Issues

• If a lawn is inaccessible at the time of service (locked gates, pets, debris, etc.), the application may be skipped or rescheduled at our discretion.

• Missed applications due to access issues are not refundable.
